Dad Suggests was created to share with others the many different things that we have loved sharing with our own children.

Our hope is that - by reading or visiting our children’s bookstore - you will find something special to enjoy with your own family.

Giveaway! The Invisible Boy by Trudy Ludwig

Giveaway! The Invisible Boy by Trudy Ludwig

In honor of the beginning of the school year we've decided to do our very first giveaway. We recently wrote about Trudy Ludwig's The Invisible Boy, with illustrations by Patrice Barton, and why we think it's so important to teach your kids empathy. This book is an incredibly powerful tool for those lessons.

If you haven't read it, please check out our post to see why this is such a special book. We can't think of a better book to do a back-to-school September giveaway.

Our son is in kindergarten this year and we gifted his teacher a copy of this book. We were very happy to hear from our son that she read it to the whole class the next day. If you already have a copy of this book, please sign up below anyway - you can help spread kindness by gifting your copy to your kids' teachers or to a friend.

Update 10/6/18: This Giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to Kristy S. and “Little Man” for winning The Invisible Boy!

Congratulations to our winner!

Congratulations to our winner!
